VILLA DESCRIPTION
From the road electric gates give access to the driveway and private parking in front of the entrance courtyard which in turn leads to the main entrance of the property. From the entrance lobby two halls lead off. One gives access to the first master double bedroom with queen size bed, coordinating furniture, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with large corner bath, twin vanity unit, bidet and w/c. The bathroom is fully tiled in local pink marble. Large patio doors lead out from the bedroom directly onto the south facing garden terrace.
The second twin bedroom has standard single beds, fitted wardrobes and an en suite with shower cubicle, vanity and w/c. The second hall leads to the first twin bedroom fitted with standard single beds, fitted wardrobes and an en suite with shower, twin vanity and w/c. Also on this hallway is an additional cloakroom.
The kitchen, which is fully fitted to a high standard comprises an induction hob, oven and extracto., From the lobby there is also a stairway leading up to the second master bedroom.
